Je draagt bij in de manier van werken en toekomstvisie van het payroll-departement. Jouw stem weegt dus door bij de groei van de hele afdeling. Zo voltooi je het ene succesvolle project na het andere, telkens in een nieuwe omgeving.

Je neemt de rol van recruitment officer op, waarbij je de werving en selectie verzorgt bij onze klanten. Door het PZ career coaching traject krijg je de kans om op termijn ook te groeien in andere HR domeinen zoals payroll, compensation & benefits of talent development.

Je neemt de rol van recruiter of payroller aan, of net die van generalistische HR officer/HR Business Partner die zich multidisciplinair opstelt. Doordat PZ de focus legt op jouw persoonlijk groeitraject, krijg je de kans om op termijn te groeien in verschillende HR domeinen.
